OFFICE OF THE CORPORATE BOARD SECRETARY/VICE-PRESIDENT FOR COMPLIANCE

• Plans, prepares and disseminates agenda and minutes of the Board Meeting
• Disseminates to management policies, decisions reached/passed by the board of directors
• Develops, coordinates and monitors all requirements in compliance with SEC regulations and other oversight bodies

INTERNAL AUDIT OFFICE

• Ensures that all group/personnel adhere to corporate policies and regulations
• Provides and monitors observance of check and balance within the corporation

OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT

• Directs, oversees and controls over-all operations and internal administration of the corporation
• Establishes performance measures
• Directs the enforcement and implementation of orders and directives by the Board of Directors

LEGAL DEPARTMENT

• Provides overall legal services
• Ensures that all corporate acts and deeds are in accordance with the law

MANAGEMENT SERVICES GROUP

• Provides the management of objective analysis, appraisal and recommendations for the effective discharge of their
  functions and responsibilities including, but not limited to, the appraisal and evaluation of organizational structure,
  procedures and policies, records-keeping and maintenance, and standards of performance reports
• Serves as the public relations and information arm of the corporation
• Plans and implements effective program of public advocacy using appropriate media of communication
• Provides technical support to management in formulating corporate policies, strategies and systems design
• Establishes liaison with other program stakeholders

INFORMATION SYSTEMS DEPARTMENT

• Designs, develops and maintains standards for system development, programming, documentation and security of the
  corporation's computerized and manual systems
• Establishes appropriate operating procedures that will be adopted by various groups and departments

OFFICE OF THE EXECUTIVE VICE-PRESIDENT

• Acts as chief operating office in administering the corporation's policies, programs and projects, as confirmed by the
  board of directors
• Directs and controls the planning process, its implementation and evaluation
• Overall administration of programs and operations of the corporation

TECHNICAL SERVICES DEPARTMENT

• Formulates and implements policies and procedures for an effective, efficient and responsive review, evaluation and
  appraisal of mortgage collaterals
• Administers controls, procedures and methodology to ensure proper appraisal valuation of housing units and land
  development projects to ascertain the quality of properties mortgaged to the corporation

ACCREDITATION DEPARTMENT

• Plans, organizes, translates and directs the overall implementation of policies, guidelines and procedures related to
  origination and accreditation
• Formulates and recommends policies/measures to improve systems in origination and accreditation

TRUST AND ADMINISTRATION DEPARTMENT

• Responsible for the Abot Kaya Pabahay Fund and monitors fund movement and community projects under the
  developmental loan finance program and conducts appraisals of collaterals

FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION GROUP

• Ensures the effective and efficient implementation of policies and guidelines that would enhance personnel growth and
  development
• Ensures the efficient provision of administrative support relative to procurement, property and supply management and
  other general services requirements
• Supervises the provision of efficient accounting and effective services, budget management, monitoring and control within
  the corporation

FINANCE & CONTROLLERSHIP DEPARTMENT

• Performs all accounting-related functions including, but not limited to, maintenance of accurate and reliable accounting
  and bookkeeping records and books, and the continuous evaluation of accounting and controllership systems that would
  make them responsive to SHFC's operations
• Ensures the corporate compliance with programmed expenditures and other pertinent accounting laws and regulations 

ADMINISTRATION DEPARTMENT

• Ensures the effective and efficient utilization of human and physical resources of the corporation through systematic
  planning, acquisition, maintenance and disposition
• Oversees the proper implementation of policies, guidelines and procedures pertaining to personnel development,
  manpower requirements, supplies and material requirements

TREASURY GROUP

• Forms and implements policies, systems and procedures on the receipts, banking, custody and disbursement of cash,
  fund-sourcing to improve financial status of the corporation

CASH MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT

• Implements policies, procedures and guidelines regarding cash receipts and cash disbursement operations
• Manages and controls investments of corporate fund excesses and administers funds entrusted to the corporation for
  mortgage purchase operation

CUSTODIANSHIP DEPARTMENT

• Plans, implements policies, guidelines/procedures and systems adopted by the corporation in the general safekeeping of
  mortgage documents and other records pertaining to borrowers/beneficiaries and originating institutions

CMP OPERATIONS GROUP

• Initiates the formulation and implementation of mortgage take-out policies and procedures, and the overall administration
  of Community Mortgage Program
• Oversees the formulation of collection programs and strategies to ensure maintenance/quality program portfolio
• Oversees the effective and efficient management and coordination of the insurance component of taken-out mortgages

MORTGAGE OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT

• Reviews and evaluates mortgage documents to ascertain the legality, validity, and enforceability of mortgage
  transactions
• Conducts researches/studies to formulate legal procedure/system to be adopted for effective legal processing of
  mortgage and loan documents

LOAN EXAMINATION DEPARTMENT

• Evaluates loan application of community associations (CAs) in accordance with the existing CMP policies and
  guildelines on loan entitlement before recommendation for issuance of Letter of Guaranty (LAG)/preparation of payment
  covering the take-out proceeds/origination fee

ACCOUNTS MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT

• Ensures the effective and proper implementation of policies, guidelines and procedures on the monitoring and servicing of
  accounts
• Formulates and implements collection strategies to improve/maintain quality of accounts

PROJECT INDIVIDUALIZATION DEPARTMENT

• Responsible for the provision of all services and performance of all integral tasks involving implementation and
  and administration of policies and guidelines on the individualization of titles and loans of taken-out projects, substitution
  of beneficiaries and attends to post take-out complaints and/or queries/problems
• Prepares adjusted loan value, which is the final masterlist of beneficiaries
