The SHFC regularly conducts CMP orientation/seminars every Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the 4th Floor Banco de Oro Plaza, 8737 Paseo de Roxas, Salcedo Village, Makati City.
The scope of the orientation/seminar covers the following:

•  Overview of SHFC and CMP
•  Mortgage redemption insurance
•  Project management: Accounting and ledgering
•  Individualization of titles
•  Abot-Kaya Pabahay Fund Overview
•  Overview of Localized CMP (LCMP)
Consultations are conducted at the end of each module to be able to address concerns/issues of beneficiaries/borrowers, community associations, landowners/s and prospective originators.
